RAW MATERIAL CHOOSING: We only use 100% virgin PTFE powder from famous RW plant.

PRODUCT DESIGN: Make product more durable, precise trench size, easier handling. Multi-size for option.

PRETREATMENT OF RAW MATERIAL: All pretreatment process are done in dust-free workshop.(constant temperature and humidity)

MOLDING PROCESS： Pressure control unit and dual exhaust port design for greater density and less rebound.

SINTERING& INSULATION PROCESS: Intelligent temperature control program, many times heating insulation, so that the product is more dense after sintering.

QUALITY CONTROL: Throughout the entire production process, the final in-depth quality inspection of each frame to ensure qualified.
